Reservation Policy

CHECK IN CHECK OUT:

Earliest check-in time: 3:00 PM On request

Latest check-in time: 10:00 PM. If later, you will have access to an app to open the doors. Please note that if you need support to install this app, we can help you remotely, but before 10:00 PM

BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is included in the price for up to 2 people. If an extra person stays in the room, additional charges will apply for sheets and breakfast.

Earliest breakfast time: 7am during weekdays, 8am during weekends and public holidays

Breakfast is not possible after 10:20 am

PARKING:

There is parking on site, but also on the side of the farm. Please note that access to the gate must not be blocked to other passing cars and deliveries.

There are 2 EV chargers on the street corner on the property. These are not free, but accept most major EV charging cards or direct payments.

GARDEN AND COMMON AREA / BREAKFAST AREA:

The garden and terrace surrounding the B&B area are freely accessible to all guests. The guest respects the garden and will not bother neighbors with loud noise.

However, there is a private garden at the back which is not accessible.

ACCESSIBILITY:

Due to the historic nature of this B&B, there is no good accessibility for wheelchairs and there are no adjustments for people with disabilities or special needs in rooms 2, 3 and 4. However, room 1 is also fully wheelchair accessible from the outside, as is the bathroom.

FORBIDDEN:

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and all other areas in the building.

Pets are allowed in the rooms upon request and for a small surcharge of 10 euros per night per pet. Please note that under no circumstances should pets be left alone or bother other guests.

BILLING & CANCELLATION:

Upon request, we will provide the guest with an invoice stating his name and VAT number. of the company he/she represents at no additional cost.

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels the reservation within 15 days of the original booked arrival date. If you cancel your booking earlier than 15 days before arrival, we will refund the amount within 14 days via bank transfer. 10% administration and moving costs will be charged on the amount. Bookings made through Chanel partners may have different cancellation policies and are not covered by our terms and conditions here.

CHILD POLICY:

Children of any age are welcome.

Children 6 years and older are considered adults at this property.

Conditions for cots and extra beds:

0 – 2 years – Cot on request Free

3+ years – Extra sofa bed on request €40 per person, breakfast included per night.

The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check your selected room for maximum capacity.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

SUPPLEMENTS:

Surcharges are not automatically calculated in the total costs and must be paid separately during your stay.

Tourist tax: The tourist tax is € 1 per person per night. This tax must be paid upon check-out. Various drinks are available, including many local specialties.
