Reservation policy
Check-in time: 4:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT:
Earliest check-in time: 3:00 PM On request
Check-in deadline: 10:00 PM. If you arrive later, you'll receive access to an app to open the doors. Please note that if you need assistance installing this app, we can help you remotely, but please do so before 10:00 PM.
Latest check-out time: 11:00 am
BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is included in the price for up to 2 people. If an additional person stays in the room, there will be an additional charge for sheets and breakfast.
Earliest breakfast time: 7:00 AM during weekdays, 8:00 AM during weekends and holidays
Breakfast is not available after 10:20 am
PARKING:
Parking is available on-site and at the side of the farm. Please note that access to the gate must not be blocked by other passing cars or deliveries.
There are two EV chargers on the corner of the street on the property. They are not free, but they accept most major EV charging cards or direct payments.
GARDEN AND COMMUNAL AREA / BREAKFAST AREA:
The garden and terrace surrounding the B&B are freely accessible to all guests. Guests are expected to respect the garden and not disturb neighbors with loud noise.
However, there is a private garden at the back which is not accessible.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Due to the historic nature of this B&B, there is no wheelchair accessibility, and there are no adaptations for people with disabilities or special needs in rooms 2, 3, and 4. However, room 1 is also fully wheelchair accessible from outside, as is the bathroom.
FORBIDDEN:
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and all other areas in the building.
Pets are allowed in the rooms upon request for a small fee of €10 per night per pet. Please note that pets must not be left alone under any circumstances and must not disturb other guests.
BILLING & CANCELLATION:
Upon request, we will provide the guest with an invoice stating the name and VAT number of the company they represent at no additional cost.
The guest will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 15 days of the original booked arrival date. If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before arrival, we will refund the amount via bank transfer within 14 days. A 10% administration and relocation fee will be charged on the amount. Bookings made through chanel partners may have different cancellation policies and are not covered by our terms.
CHILD POLICY:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 6 years and older are considered adults at this property.
Policies for cots and extra beds:
0 – 2 years – Cot on request Free
3+ years – Extra sofa bed on request €40 per person, per night, breakfast included.
The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed depends on the room you choose. Check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
SUPPLEMENTS:
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total costs and must be paid separately during your stay.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is €1 per person per night. This tax must be paid upon check-out. A variety of drinks are available, including many local specialties.
