Reserveringsbeleid

INCHECKEN UITCHECKEN:

Uiterste inchecktijd: 22.00 uur. Indien later, krijgt u toegang tot een app om de deuren te openen. Houd er rekening mee dat als u ondersteuning nodig heeft om deze app te installeren, we u op afstand kunnen helpen, maar vóór 22.00 uur

ONTBIJT:
Het ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen voor maximaal 2 personen. Als er een extra persoon in de kamer verblijft, worden er extra kosten in rekening gebracht voor lakens en voor het ontbijt.
Vroegste ontbijttijd: 7.00 uur tijdens weekdagen, 08.00 tijdens weekend en feestdagen
Ontbijt is niet mogelijk na 10u20

PARKEREN:
Er is parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein, maar ook aan de zijkant van de boerderij. Houd er rekening mee dat de toegang tot de poort niet mag worden geblokkeerd voor andere passerende auto’s en leveringen.
Er zijn 2 EV-laders op de hoek van de straat op het terrein. Die zijn niet gratis, maar accepteren de meeste bekende EV-laadpassen of directe betalingen.

TUIN EN GEMEENSCHAPPELIJKE RUIMTE / ONTBIJTRUIMTE:
De tuin en het terras rondom het b&b gedeelte zijn vrij toegankelijk voor alle gasten. De gast respecteert de tuin en zal buren niet lastig vallen met hard geluid.
Er is echter een privétuin aan de achterkant die niet toegankelijk is.

TOEGANKELIJKHEID:
Vanwege het historische karakter van deze B&B is er geen goede toegankelijkheid voor rolstoelen en zijn er geen aanpassingen voor mensen met een beperking of speciale behoeften in kamers 2,3 en 4. Kamer 1 is echter ook van buitenaf volledig rolstoeltoegankelijk net als de badkamer.

VERBODEN:
Roken is niet toegestaan in de kamers en alle andere ruimtes in het gebouw.
Huisdieren zijn op verzoek en tegen een kleine toeslag van 10 euro per nacht per huisdier toegestaan in de kamers. Houd er rekening mee dat huisdieren in geen geval alleen gelaten mogen worden en andere gasten niet lastig mogen vallen.

FACTURATIE & ANNULERING:
Op verzoek bezorgen wij de gast een factuur met vermelding van naam en btw-nr. van het bedrijf dat hij/zij vertegenwoordigt zonder extra kosten.
De gast wordt de totale prijs van de reservering in rekening gebracht als hij/zij de reservering annuleert binnen 15 dagen na de oorspronkelijk geboekte aankomstdatum. Indien u uw boeking eerder dan 15 dagen voor aankomst annuleert, storten wij het bedrag binnen 14 dagen terug via bankoverschrijving. Over het bedrag wordt 10% administratie- en verhuiskosten in rekening gebracht. Boekingen die via chanel-partners zijn gemaakt, kunnen andere annuleringsvoorwaarden hebben en vallen hier niet onder onze voorwaarden.

KINDERBELEID:
Kinderen van elke leeftijd zijn welkom.
Kinderen van 6 jaar en ouder worden in deze accommodatie als volwassenen beschouwd.
Voorwaarden voor kinderbedjes en extra bedden:
0 – 2 jaar – Kinderbed op aanvraag Gratis
3+ jaar – Extra slaapbank op aanvraag € 40 per persoon, per nacht ontbijt inbegrepen.
Het maximaal aantal toegestane extra bedden en kinderbedjes is afhankelijk van de kamer die u kiest. Controleer uw geselecteerde kamer voor de maximale capaciteit.
Alle kinderbedjes en extra bedden zijn onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid.

SUPPLEMENTEN:
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch verrekend in de totale kosten en dienen tijdens uw verblijf apart te worden betaald.
Toeristenbelasting: De toeristenbelasting bedraagt € 1,- per persoon per nacht. Deze belasting dient bij het uitchecken te worden betaald. Er zijn verschillende dranken beschikbaar, waaronder heel wat lokale specialiteiten.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden
De gast wordt de totale prijs van de reservering in rekening gebracht als hij/zij de reservering annuleert binnen 15 dagen na de oorspronkelijk geboekte aankomstdatum. Annuleer je je boeking eerder dan 15 dagen voor de aankomstdatum, dan storten we het bedrag binnen 14 dagen terug via bankoverschrijving. Over het bedrag wordt 10% administratie- en verhuiskosten in rekening gebracht.

BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is included in the price for a maximum of 2 persons. If an extra person is staying in the room, extra charges will be charged for sheets as well as for the breakfast.
Earliest time of breakfast: 7.00 am (7h00) during weekdays and 08.00 during weekends and holidays.
Breakfast is not possible after 10.20 am (10h20)

PARKING:
Parking on premise is available, as well as on the side of the farm. Please bear in mind that access to the gate should not be blocked for any other passing cars & deliveries.
There are 2 EV chargers on the corner of the street on premise. Those are not complimentary but accept most know EV charge passes or direct payments.

GARDEN AND COMPOUND AREA:
The garden and terrace around the b&b part are freely accessible to all guests. The guest will respect the garden and will not bother any neighbours with loud noise.
There is however a private garden in the back which is not accessible.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Due to the historical character of this B&B, there is no good accessibility for wheelchairs and there are no adaptions for people with a disability or special needs in rooms 2,3 and 4. However Room 1 is fully wheelchair accessible even from the outside as well as the bathroom.

PROHIBITED:
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and all other areas within the building.
Pets are allowed in the rooms upon request and with a small additional fee of 10 euro per night per pet, please be aware that pets can in no case be left allone nor should they bother other guests.

INVOICING&CANCELLATIONS:
On request we will provide the guest with an invoice mentioning the name and VAT nr. of the company he/she is representing at no extra cost..
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels the booking within 15 days of the original booked arrivaldate. If you cancel your booking earlier then 15 days before arrivaldate we will reimbourse you the amount within 14 days by bank transfer. The amount will be subject to a charge of 10% administrative and relocating costs. Bookings that occured through chanel partners may have other cancellation policies and are not covered here in our conditions.

CHILD POLICIES:
Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults at this property.
Cot and extra bed policies:
0 – 2 years – Cot upon request Free
3+ years – Extra couch bed upon request € 40 per person, per night, inclusing breakfast.
The maximum number of extra beds and cots allowed is dependent on the room you choose. Please check your selected room for the maximum capacity.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

SUPPLEMENTS:
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is € 1,- per person and per night. This tax will be payable on check-out.

Cancellation Policy
